General Information
  1. $5,000 will be withheld from the prize pool in Events 2,3,5,9,11,and 13. The winner of each event will receive an entry into Event #14.
  2. Nightly No Limit Hold-em Survivor Tournament August 25 - September 6. $120 with a $100 re-entry.
  3. Mega satellite daily at 5pm. $200 + $30/ $100 re-entries. Winners receive entry into Event #14. One seat guaranteed Sunday-Thursday, 2 seats guaranteed Friday and Saturday.
  4. $10,000 will be withheld from Event #14 prize pool to award the winner an entry into the 2010 WPT Southern Poker Championship, January 2011.
  5. All events are two days unless otherwise noted.
  6. Players may purchase an additional 2,000 in tournament chips for a $10 staff appreciation in all events.
  7. All two-day events will stop play at 2am or when final nine players remain, which ever comes first. If 2 or more tables remain, the tournament will restart the following day a 2pm. If one table remains, the tournament will restart at 4pm. All events may be played out in one day if only one table remains and all players agree.

  5. At the end of level three (3), any player, regardless of chip stack, may do a single or double add-on. For a single add-on, players will spend $500 and receive 5,000 in chips. For a double add-on, players will spend $1000 and receive 10,000 in tournament chips.
  6. Dinner break will be at 7:30 PM.
  7. Play will continue to the final table or 3AM, whichever comes first. If more than one table remains, play will resume at 3PM the following day.   1. The Tournament Leader Board Promotion will begin Saturday May 1, 2010.
  2. Player will receive points based on final table finishes in all cash entry tournament, with the exception of the Bonus Chip tournament on Tuesday and Thursday
  3. Any player with 20 points or more in a given session will receive a free entry into a freeroll tournament.
  4. The sessions are as follows:
    Session 1 May 1-May 31, 2010 Freeroll to be played on Sunday, June 6, 2010 at 6PM
    Session 2 June 1-June 30,2010 Freeroll to be played on Sunday, July 11 2010 at 6PM
    Session 3 July 1-July 31, 2010 Freeroll to be played on Sunday, Aug. 8, 2010 at 6PM
    Session 4 Aug. 1-Aug. 25, 2010 Freeroll to be played on Thursday, Aug. 26, 2010 at 6PM
  5. The prize pool will be funded from the Beau Rivage Poker Promotions Fund.
  6. Registration will begin one hour prior to the start of the tournament.
  7. There will be no entry fee or administration for this tournament. Players will qualify by earning points in Cash entry tournaments from May 1-August 25, 2010.
  8. The Top overall point earner in each session will win $1,000. Second through fifth place in points earned will win $500 each.
  9. The winner of the freeroll tournaments will win a $5,150 entry into the Gulf Coast Poker Championship Main Event, September 2010.
  10. Second through fifth place in the freeroll tournament will win $500 in cash.
  11. 1 Point will be earned for each tournament entry.
  12. Points will be awarded for “in the money finishes” with the following values assigned by order of finish in qualifying tournaments:

Promotional Rules:

  1. Only live action games with a jackpot rake are eligible to receive tickets.
  2. Players receive one ticket every 2 hours, with tickets handed out 15 minutes before the hour every other hour (12:45, 2:45, 4:45, etc) beginning Sunday, June 6 at 10:45PM. The first drawing will occur at 1:15AM Monday June 7, 2010.
  3. Drawings will be at the times mentioned above, and for the amounts listed.
  4. Players must be present and in a live game or a tournament game in order to be eligible for the drawing.
  5. A maximum of 3 tickets will be drawn for the 11:15AM drawings. If no winner is present, the prizes will be added to the 3:15PM drawing. On the 3:15PM drawing, tickets will be drawn until a winner is declared.
  6. A maximum of 3 tickets will be drawn for the 8:15PM drawings. If no winner is present, the prizes will be added to the 11:15PM drawing. On the 11:15PM drawing, tickets will be drawn until a winner is declared.
  7. A maximum of 3 tickets will be drawn for the 1:15AM drawings. If no winner is present, the prizes will be added to the 4:15AM drawing. On the 4:15AM drawing, tickets will be drawn until a winner is declared.
  8. On the Sunday drawings at 9:15 AM and 6:15PM, tickets will be drawn until a winner is declared.
  9. After each player's name is called, they claim their prize within 3 minutes of the initial call. Players who fail to claim there prize within 3 minutes will not be eligible for the prize drawn.
  10. An LED digital clock that is clearly visible will be used to determine when the 3 minute window has elapsed.
  11. The ticket drum will be emptied daily after the 11:15 PM drawing.
  12. All prizes will be paid from the Beau Rivage Poker Room promotion fund.
  13. This promotion is active June 6 - August 24, 2010.

MISSISSIPPI GAMING COMMISSIONS RIGHT TO INVESTIGATE:
The Mississippi Gaming Commission reserves the right to investigate any and all complaints and disputes regarding tournaments, promotions and drawings. Such disputes and complaints will be resolved in accordance with the Mississippi Gaming Control Act and Mississippi Gaming Commission Regulations.

Management reserves the right to cancel, change and modify the tournament, promotion or drawing with prior notification to the Mississippi Gaming Commission, but must do so at least three (3) days prior to the commencement of the activity.
